Please inspect your order upon receipt and contact us immediately if the item is defective or if you received the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right if possible.

However, if your product is damaged in transit by USPS, you must contact the USPS for resolution.

    Unfortunately During COVID-19 WE CANNOT ACCEPT REFUND REQUESTS. IF, IN SPECIAL SITUATIONS, WE DO ACCEPT YOUR PACKAGE BACK ALL PACKAGES MUST BE SEALED AND UNTAMPERED WITH.
