Our (1) gallon Gutbuster Tea should be taken as 32 ounces in an 8 hour period, daily. It contains our detox tea, and body mix to supercharge your weight loss and overall health and wellbeing.

If you experience bloating or constipation while drinking our tea our juice- drink 64 ounces of water in addition to your 32 ounces of tea. Your body is reacting to toxins being released out of your body. It may even be reacting to yucky nasties that have taken up shop in your gut. Don't quit. KEEP DRINKING.

 

Directions:

- Empty 1/3 cup of water from gallon jug

- Pour remaining water in large pot and bring to a boil. Remove from heat and add tea bag (cover). Steep tea in hot water for 8-12 hours (or overnight)

- Drink 32 ounces within 8 hours EVERYDAY until it’s gone. Don’t drink 2 hours prior to sleep
